An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month fixed term contract as a Senior People Manager. This is a key role within a leading bank to work as a business partner for one of the infrastructure business units.
You will be leading HR process implementation and development and deliver high quality professional support to senior stakeholders and colleagues. You'll contribute to the development of operational plans and implement plans specific to the business function. In partnership with HR, you will support and facilitate effective talent management, resourcing and capability development to ensure succession plans are in place and that the business can deliver on its’ commitments. You will review and evaluate all people decisions to identify and ensure all risks (financial, people, regulatory and operational) are managed and mitigated effectively.
You'll demonstrate your experience of working with data and numbers, possessing the ability to break up complex data, manipulate spreadsheets and use advanced formulae and pivot tables. You will have good influencing and motivating skills in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment and have a proven track record of delivery, managing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent analytical, presentational, verbal and non-verbal communication skills are essential.
Salary on offer is £60-80,000 plus you will receive a performance-related bonus, private health cover and a generous pension contribution.
