Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will work closely with respective HR CoE teams to manage and track projects timeline whilst ensuring smooth launching and successful completion of key milestones. Partnering with key project holders, you are to identify milestones, propose necessary call for actions for each project, and take initiative to facilitate meetings with the HR and leadership team to ensure the projects are aligned with business strategies. This role will take the lead on communications amongst the business between the CHRO, the HR teams and key stakeholders, with a strong element of being a business partner to them.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in consulting or project management. You will have worked in a sizable multinational environment, with stakeholders of different seniority. In addition, we are also looking for:
• An independent and proactive individual
• A team-player who also has the ability to work with minimal supervision and in ambiguity
• A service-oriented mindset
• Language fluency in English
