An international banking institution with strong global presence is looking for an experienced and hands-on recruiter for their Singapore office.

Reporting to the Head, Human Resources APAC, you will be responsible for all recruitment needs within Singapore, occasionally in the region, where you will manage the full spectrum of recruitment process. Partnering closely with hiring manager, you will help identify any hiring needs, provide advice on sourcing strategies, and also on any relevant market information. You should also be developing new sourcing strategies promote the company as an employer of choice so as to attract top talents and to build talent pipeline. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be involved in annual processes, learning operations, etc.
The ideal candidate should bring along strong recruitment experience within the financial services sector and some experience dealing with generalist responsibilities. Familiarity with utilising various recruitment strategies and have experience sourcing directly for roles of all levels will be required. You have to enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with senior stakeholders’ management. In addition, you should be able to embrace cultural differences, and exhibit resilience to the environment.
We are also looking for:
• Minimum of at least seven years’ experience in recruitment either from in-house, agencies, or RPOs
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English with the confidence and gravitas to face to off to senior management
• Singapore experience is a MUST
