As a Senior Recruiter you will play a major role in driving company growth. You will work within a passionate team, to develop creative and practical strategies for finding the best candidates. You and your team will work closely to move candidates through the interview process smoothly. You will work closely with the business to determine needs, provide recommendations on the recruitment strategy, utilize technology and creative sourcing techniques, attend networking events and conferences, screen and interview candidates, manage the interview process and extend offers.
The ideal candidate has a solid background recruiting in a corporate environment. The hiring manager is looking for extremely pro-active recruiters who get excited about building relationships and partnering with the business. You will be supported by a coordinator, but you must be comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, and have the ability to work autonomously if needed.
In addition, we are looking for:
Minimum 10 years of corporate recruitment experience
Ability to work in a matrixed environment
A Bachelor’s degree
Strong Relationship management skills
