As a Senior Recruiter you will play a major role in driving company growth. You will work within a passionate team, to develop creative and practical strategies for finding the best candidates. You and your team will work closely to move candidates through the interview process smoothly. You will work closely with the business to determine needs, provide recommendations on the recruitment strategy, utilize technology and creative sourcing techniques, attend networking events and conferences, screen and interview candidates, manage the interview process and extend offers.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in full life-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment. The hiring manager is looking for extremely pro-active recruiters who are excited by building relationships and partnering with the business. You must be comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, and have the ability to work autonomously if needed.
In addition, we are looking for:
Minimum 8 years of corporate recruitment experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems
Ability to network in a heavily-matrixed environment
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
