Senior Recruiter (Sales & Marketing, DEI) – New York City
An established Investment Management firm is seeking a motivated and responsible Senior Recruiter to join their team in New York City. The Senior Recruiter will manage the sourcing and hiring of all talent for Sales & Marketing aspect of the business. They will also partner closely with the DEI team and be responsible for diversity recruitment.

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to own and manage searches for key roles across the business (Sales, Marketing, DEI). You will be expected to source creatively, directly, and use your network to bring top talent to the organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and be relied upon to advise senior managers on diverse recruitment strategy and market trends.
The ideal candidate must have expertise in recruiting client facing and sales professionals, as well as knowledge of recruitment strategy. Experience in both corporate recruitment and agency settings is highly preferred. The Senior Recruiter must also have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and thoughtful stakeholder management abilities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
You Must Have:
- 7 - 12 years' experience recruiting for client facing professionals/ sales
- Corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
- Tech-savvy abilities and aptitude to learn new systems quickly
- High-touch relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A Bachelor’s degree
