Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team to focus on recruitment for the Asia region.

Reporting to the Head of HR for Asia, you will cover end to end recruitment for Hong Kong and work closely with the teams to coordinate on issues around hiring up to senior roles (Counsel level). You would handle both lateral and graduate recruitment from building up the talent pipeline, assessing applications and responding, and arranging interviews. You would also handle international secondment processes for employees as well as manage client secondment processes. You would interact closely with internal and external stakeholders. Though most of the role will focus on Hong Kong you would also be involved in the Asia piece.
The ideal candidate will have solid recruitment experience with professional services industry experience being a plus.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an MNC, with professional firm experience a strong plus
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English, Chinese and conversational Putonghua
- Proactive, team-player, organized, detailed and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
