Our client is a renowned sourcing company headquartered in the UK. As part of the company’s branding strategy, they are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join and help with the recruitment, talent and performance management piece.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be involved in all resourcing related initiatives and projects, including end to end recruitment for APAC regions; ensuring best candidate experience to attract and retain best talents; be the internal HR advisor on latest recruitment trends whilst ensuring hiring efficiency; be the brand ambassador to enhance positive brand image and awareness, manage external stakeholders relationship e.g. recruitment agencies, advertising agencies, tracking and monitoring spending against budget etc. On top of which, you will also work closely with UK head office on talent and performance management initiatives such as driving talent management and succession planning for the local office.
To qualify, you will be degree educated with a minimum of 5 years’ HR experience specialising in resourcing and/or talent & succession planning, preferably from sizeable MNCs. Candidates with a background from retail or sourcing industries are highly regarded whilst you’d have excellent written and communication skills both in English and Chinese. You’d also have tactful people handling skills working with different levels of stakeholders. Excellent benefits will be offered to attract the best.
