My client is a fast growing market leader and they are looking for a result driven C&B professional to join their growing HR team.

Reporting to a seasoned C&B Manager, you will be responsible for all C&B matters in the group. Specifically you will play a key role in C&B projects, C&B policy, pay & benefit programmes and payroll.
The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills and have good client relationship management skills. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization. Ideally, if you will have strong C&B and rewards analysis experience.
In addition we are also looking for:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English and Cantonese is a must and fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous
• Excellent excel and HRIS skills
