Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for reviewing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies in the areas of recruitment processes, headcount & budgeting, retention, sourcing channels and social media, campus recruitment as well as employer branding. You will also review onboarding processes and lead corporate events and CSR initiatives. You will manage a team in delivering recruitment services to the business across both corporate and operations, while ensuring that you are coaching and developing your team to their highest potentials and to best partner with the business. This role will also be partnering with the Head of HR on HR projects such as an upcoming OD project.
We are looking for a recruitment specialist or an HR business partner with a minimum of 10 years’ talent acquisition/ recruitment experience gained from sizable organizations, and with team management experience. Experience gained from the retail/ lifestyle sectors would be beneficial. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Outgoing and out-spoken with sound team management and coaching skills
• Detail-orientation and the tactful ability to influence and coach stakeholders
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese
