Reporting to HR Director, you will achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers, managing relocations and co-op/intern programs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will build strong partnerships with various leaders and hiring mangers to effectively identify top talent for the business. You will also lead the creation of a recruiting strategy utilising Social Media as a means to recruit and represent the employer brand. Contributing ideas to the business’ “Employer Brand”, Social Media effort, Career website and any other related talent related projects will be key for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10+ years HR experience and an experienced recruitment professional with expert knowledge with recruitment and interviewing best practices; willing to take initiative at all times; tech-savvy and keep abreast of the latest industry trends and with exceptional communications skills.
