Firmly established in Singapore, they are growing their product portfolio, enhancing their customer experience and, above all, becoming a pioneer in their sector. This newly created role offers the rare opportunity for a credible agency recruiter to take their first step inhouse with the support of a manager who is open to someone from any industry background.


You will be taking on the portfolio of senior hiring across the organisation from customer facing to back office. Typically, these roles will be reporting to C-level or the level below in the organisational structure so this is not a high volume recruitment environment. We are looking for someone confident and credible with senior stakeholders; both hiring managers and potential job seekers; who is used to taking a research based approach to delivery. You will be consultative in style, providing counsel to stakeholders in terms of setting realistic expectations and backing up your insights with research driven factual information from the local market in terms of candidate availability and salary expectations. You will similarly be able to provide advice in terms of the best go to market strategy; internal hiring or engagement with external specialists. You will also be committed to providing an exemplary experience to potential hires in terms of feedback and response times.


Given the seniority of roles being managed, it is likely that you will have at least 6 years of experience in recruitment and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success in your consulting career. Your success will include hiring at mid-senior level as at least part of your portfolio. You will be to illustrate your ability to think laterally around hard to find/hard to fill roles and demonstrate your natural desire to ‘go the extra mile’ to achieve outcomes.
