My client is the world’s largest provider of multi-service HR services and they are looking for a result driven Talent Management Consultant to join their established consulting team.

Part of a sizeable consulting team you will be responsible for Talent Management projects across all levels. The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills, talent management project experience and have good client relationship management skills. You will need to have deep understanding of succession planning, Hi-Po identification, and talent management programme.
In addition we are also looking for:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or in-house environment
• Fluent English and Cantonese is a must and fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and project management skills
• For less experienced consultants they would be considered for a more junior role
