Our client is a multinational manufacturing and retail group with a global presence. The company has strong CSR initiatives and they are now seeking a proactive and dynamic L&D professional to manage expanding and on-going talent initiatives for the group globally.

Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Director, you will assist in planning and driving people development programmes for employees across all functions and levels at all locations. Managing a small team, your primary goals will be to build the corporate university and competency models for the group, including curriculum design and evaluation. You will also develop organizational development initiatives such as corporate culture programme and change management, and market such initiatives to stakeholders. This role will also follow hipo development and deliver training to assigned trainers in various business functions and locations.
We are now looking for a senior L&D specialist with a minimum of 12 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in managerial role. The qualified individual will come from a multinational work environment, preferably with experience in developing corporate university or learning portal. The role will require someone with good people development skills. In addition, we are looking for the following attributes:
• Degree qualified, MBA would be ideal
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, preferably in Cantonese as well
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation and influencing skills
• Willingness to travel
