Due to exponential growth, this is a newly created Technical Recruiter role will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for various technical vacancies. You will work closely with the business to determine needs, provide recommendations on the recruitment strategy, utilize technology and creative sourcing techniques, attend networking events and conferences, screen and interview candidates, manage the interview process and extend offers.
The ideal candidate has a solid background recruiting technical professionals in a corporate environment. The hiring manager is looking for extremely pro-active recruiters who get excited about building relationships and are in-tune with the mission of the business. You must be comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, and have the ability to work autonomously if needed:
In addition you must have:
- 5-10 years of highly technical recruiting experience (i.e. financial services or engineering)
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university (graduation with honors will be well-regarded)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
