Reporting into the Regional HR Director based in the US, you will work as an individual contributor and provide support as an C&B expert to senior stakeholders and regional counterparts. You will develop and implement strategies including all compensation, benefits, incentive programs, year-end comp cycles aimed at attracting and retaining talents, enhancing business performance through motivation and engagement of staff.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a matrix environment as well as excellent stakeholders management skills, along with 8+ years of relevant regional C&B experience and sound knowledge in C&B program design and implementation as an individual contributor. Degree holder with experience working within an MNC highly regarded.
