Job Description
This international law firm is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst to develop and deliver strategic HR metrics and dashboards.
- International law firm advising many of the world's largest companies, financial institutions and investment firms
- Interface with HR dashboards and programs while also providing strategic data analysis and interpretations
- Fully remote opportunity with option for hybrid-remote in NY and DC
This person will help innovate existing reporting and analytics delivery to help mature the firm’s infrastructure. They will identify root causes of workforce issues and provide fact-based solutions that are directly aligned with the Firm’s business objectives. They will gather, interpret, and analyze data to develop recommendations and actionable insights and use workforce intelligence to drive strategic HR.
The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of the HR function, understand market trends, and stay on point with what’s happening to competitors, customers, and the global marketplace. They will also have the ability to interpret HR problems with business outcomes in mind and use strategic analysis to tell an engaging and compelling story in the language of the business
In Addition You Must Have:
- Education: Master/MBA preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of related experience as an HR workforce data analyst or in data science, I/O psychology, or similar field
- Solid experience working with HR data and analytics, running reports, and managing workforce plans
- Demonstrated ability distilling analytics to improve business performance
- Ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical team members and customers
- Experience with cloud-based workforce intelligence software is an asset
- Strong experience with Microsoft products including excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate complex subjects in a simple / understandable way to key audience
