My client is the leader in the engineering industry in Asia. They are looking to strengthen their Shared Services team and they are looking for a strong HR professional to join their established Shared Services team.

Reporting to a Shared Services Manager based overseas you will lead a team of experienced HRIS and payroll professionals of HRIS and payroll. You should provide professional and customer-oriented delivery of HR operations across various HR work streams including employee lifecycle processes, benefits and HRIS services to all business units in Hong Kong and ensure all processes are running smoothly and accurately. You should be prepared to answer questions and concerns from HR, key stakeholders and vendors to be a key point.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid HR operations and shared services experience with team management experience and the ability to work closely with the business.
In addition to this they are also looking for:
• Minimum of 6 years of HR operations and shared services experience in a sizeable organization, professional services firms a plus
• Proactive, resilience and adaptability to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, managerial skills, fast-paced, logical, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
