Reporting to the Regional HR Director and you will play a key role in providing a broad spectrum of HR services such as recruitment, development, employee relations and engagement, and performance management. Since there is an C&B Manager on the team, you won’t be required to be hands on in C&B. You will also play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business. In addition to your daily tasks, you will have opportunities to work closely with your regional colleagues on projects and HR initiatives. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 8 years of generalist experience from MNCs.
In addition we are looking for:
• Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
• Someone who is happy to be hands on and also has the ability to be strategic
• Strong track record in working with management
• Language fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
