Working within the Talent team in the Human Resources division, you will assist with the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all new-hires in the US and globally. This is a great opportunity to get heavily involved with most aspects of the recruitment process from resume screening, to monitoring the Talent Applicant System, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Ideally you have worked in a Recruitment Coordinator or Assistant position and are familiar with a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. You must have exceptional attention to detail, superb time management skills, and strong communication capabilities. The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent client service and have strong discretion in handling confidential information.
In Addition You Must Have:
At least 1 year experience in an HR Admin or Recruitment Coordinator role
Strong computer skills in MS Office
High level of customer service
