Our client is an e-commerce, consumer products organization and they are seeking an SVP, Human Resources to lead their team based in New York City.

In this challenging role, you will use your HR expertise to proactively partner with business stakeholders and enhance the capability of the business. You will provide strategic consultation in the implementation of broad HR programs and initiatives, as well as guide and support the business through organic evolution; focusing on talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance feedback and development.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong, business partnering background who has worked in established organisations and then has successfully transitioned into less structured and creative industries. A high level of business acumen and ability to remain agile is required; excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude is a must. The successful candidate with have the depth of HR experience needed to better serve the business and at the same time, be willing to roll up their sleeves in order to do the operational and implementation aspects of the role.
In Addition, You Must Have:
- Min. 15 years’ relevant Human Resources leadership experience
- Proven experience leading a regional team (20+)
- High emotional intelligence
- Exceptional change management and interpersonal skills
