Our client is a multinational law firm, headquartered in Los Angeles. This is a newly created role to support the Asia and the Middle East, specifically offices in Beijing, Hongkong, Singapore and Dubai.
The role is designed to be the conduit between the business i.e. hiring managers and prospective hires working primarily with external recruiters to deliver outcomes. There will be approximately 40-45 hires per year across all locations. You will take the initial requisition from the hiring manager; from Partner level and below; place external adverts on the company’s website and brief recruiters as appropriate. You will then co-ordinate interviews, interview feedback, present offers of employment and initiate contracts and onboarding. You are expected to be consultative in your approach with the hiring managers by conducting market research and providing advice on the feasibility of the search. You will be working as part of a global team but most closely with the International Recruitment team.
Our client is looking for someone motivated, able to work autonomously and with initiative and who will be able to make recommendations on how things can be done better.
