With APAC being a key market and poised for further growth, they are looking for a TA Lead to join the wider APAC TA community in a leadership role across 8 countries in SEA.
You will be responsible for a team of 10+ recruiters embedded in their respective markets and looking at end to end hiring requisitions from campus to C-level. Key stakeholders will be respective country leaders, Heads of HR and Directors of lines of business. Your focus will be supporting and developing the team to deliver exceptional outcomes through robust talent pipelining, utilisation of technology, embedding subject matter expertise and pre-employment engagement. You will work with internal peers across employee engagement, technology and the wider TA function to innovate and draw on others’ experiences to implement ‘best in class’ ideas. You will also retain responsibility for senior hires across the region.
This is a great opportunity for someone to ‘step up’ into a more strategic Talent Acquisition role. You may be leading a smaller team but be very hands on; you may have a large team but are currently solely focused on delivery. You will have a strong leadership team to support and mentor you. We are looking for someone from a fast-paced environment where they can demonstrate being nimble, adaptable and a lateral thinker. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence and lead by example are also critical.
