A leading insurance MNC with strong regional presence is looking for a dynamic and all-rounded recruiter to help meet the hiring needs of a regional project.

You will be responsible for recruitment activities for the project, where you will manage the full spectrum of recruitment. Facing of line managers, you will help with the identification of recruitment needs, providing advice on sourcing strategies, and also providing the hiring managers with market benchmark information. You will also be partnering with external vendors to promote the company as an employer of choice and create a talent pipeline.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resource or other business related subject. You should be familiar with utilising a variety of recruitment strategies and have experience sourcing directly for roles of all levels. You should be a proven multi-tasker with prioritisation skills in order to manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies. Additionally, you should have a strong customer focus, be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, highly motivated, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for:
- Minimum of five years’ recruitment experience
- Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English with the confidence and gravitas to face to off to senior management
- Related industry experience either from an in-house or consulting environment
- Experience in employer branding and psychometric assessments
