Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC, you will support the implementation of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding initiatives and be responsible for end to end recruitment at corporate level and senior retail level across Asia Pacific. You will attract and motivate qualified candidates to join the company, develop candidate pipeline and build trusted relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a passionate talent acquisition/recruitment specialist with a minimum of 3 years’ of experience, preferably gained from fast-paced multinational companies. A thorough understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes is essential whilst regional exposure would be highly beneficial. You will need to be independent and detail oriented.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Detail-orientation and the tactful ability to work with stakeholders
• Recruitment experience gained from retail would be advantageous
• Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
