My client is a fast growing market leader and they are looking for a result driven Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Expert to join their growing HR team.

Reporting to a seasoned Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Regional Lead, you will be responsible for all Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Social Media Management matters in the group. Specifically you will play a key role in related initiatives and projects, to align with the talent attraction strategy and employer brand framework.
The successful candidate will have hands on employer branding experience and have good client/stakeholder management skills. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization. Trilingual proficiency (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) is highly advantageous.
In addition we are also looking for:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Employer branding projects/experience is ideal
• Excellent people skills with analytical/commercial mindset
