Reporting to the VP HR, you will develop and sustain an effective talent acquisition strategy including recruitment model, pipeline management, vendor relationships, channel mix, costs and more. This role leads a team and you will focus on senior level hiring as well as ensuring connectivity with the business and leaders on talent growth plans and workforce planning. Other responsibilities include analytical recruitment progress and headcount reports.
We are looking for a passionate, strategic yet hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader who is almost like an HR Business Partner and has demonstrated success in navigating and managing stakeholder relationships, as well as improving and motivating a sizable recruitment function.
In addition, we are seeking:
• Degree qualification
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in recruitment leadership capacity
• Knowledge of China market (an added asset)
• A high level of resilience, adaptability to change and a pleasant personality
