Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely within the talent acquisition team and support with recruitment and people-related activities across the Hong Kong, Singapore and New World office. You will research and develop a pipeline of talent across the 3 offices; perform end to end recruitment including first round candidate screening, track and assess recruitment results and metrics; assist in the planning of recruitment events in key markets; provide administrative support to the HR department and support other activities such as posting job adverts, employer branding and retention, onboarding and planning social events.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with at least 2+ years recruitment experience (either in house or within agency environment). You will be able to work independently, proactive, flexible and responsible. Fluency in English is essential and candidates with overseas work experience highly regarded.
