Our client, one of Asia’s leading corporate & investment banks, is seeking a knowledgeable senior banking/finance recruiter to build a regional Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise from scratch.

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will be responsible for establishing all elements of a dedicated talent acquisition function from the ground up (previously, recruitment needs were handled by HR business partners). You will establish and streamline various recruitment channels, define strategies in areas like employer branding, and work with business leaders to analyse needs and build a proactive talent pipeline. You will also be involved hands-on in various hires, from sourcing and recruitment vendor management to interviews, hiring process management and onboarding.
The successful candidate will be a credible financial services recruiter with proven experience in full-cycle hiring and talent acquisition strategy. They will have a strategic outlook, and the ability to build a deep understanding of business needs and relationships with demanding stakeholders. They will also have strong knowledge of best practices in the ‘back-end’ areas of recruitment like compliance, vendor management, systems and data.
Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least eight years of prior talent acquisition, including in-house experience
• Solid experience in and knowledge of the banking/financial services industry
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, including written simplified Chinese
• Degree qualification
