Located in New York City, our client is an award-winning financial, software, and media company seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the New York team to determine long-term growth strategy for the company and execute on hiring goals.

In this role you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the growth of the business. This company is looking for someone who has ample experience building teams, maintaining robust pipelines, guiding and motivating TA professionals, and designing top notch candidate recruitment and onboarding processes. Expect to manage workflow efficiency, third-party vendors, as well as share your knowledge with other functional leaders of the business. 

 

The ideal candidate will also be self-directed, results-focused, and have strong project management skills as this organization is fast-paced and growing. The successful candidate should have strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate the team to near-term action while also focusing on their long-term professional growth. This role requires experience driving performance of large-scale business and/or HR priorities.  

 

In addition, we are also looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar type of role
  • 5+ years recruiting experience in a high growth environments (SaaS / B2B companies a plus)
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset  
  • Experience leading teams to build and deliver on project roadmaps and timelines  
  • Experience leading and delivering on complex programs from start to finish
