They are now looking for a well-established Talent Acquisition Lead with strong employer branding experience. As the Talent Acquisition lead you will be responsible for all recruitment related matters. Since this is a new role, initially your main task would be to review current Talent Acquisition practices and policies. At the same time, you will be tasked with developing an excellent TA strategy as well as executing it. Managing a campus recruiter, you will also be overseeing campus recruitment.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong track record of working with senior stakeholders and has strong experience in employer branding.
In addition, this role requires someone with:
• Proven track record of building relationships with senior business leaders
• Min. 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong team management skills
• Excellent business sense and commercial awareness
• Strong APAC and international experience
