Our client is one of the largest FMCG firms in the region. They are now looking for a senior Talent Acquisition professional to join their HR team.

As the Talent Acquisition lead you will manage a team of over 3 experienced Talent Acquisition professionals across Hong Kong. You will play a new role in reviewing current Talent Acquisition processes, policies and change management projects. At the same time, you will be tasked with developing an excellent recruitment strategy across different locations. Also you will play a key role in establishing an even stronger recruitment presence within HR and business.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong track record of managing a sizeable Talent Acquisition team and also possess strong communication skills in English and Chinese. This role also requires someone with:
• Proven track record of building relationships with senior business leaders
• Min. 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong team management skills
• Strong employer branding experience is a must to this role
