A global FinTech firm is looking to hire a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to devise a global recruitment strategy and ensure optimal candidate experience for the creative branch of their business.

In this role you will envision and execute global recruitment strategy in addition to managing senior-level executive searches. As a seasoned talent acquisition professional, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with department leaders to align and execute recruitment strategy according to current business needs. You and your team will utilize technology and creative sourcing techniques, always prioritizing an excellent candidate experience and growing a strong network throughout the industry. You will also be trusted to report regularly on market and employment trends, as well as participate in workforce planning and business forecasting procedures.
The ideal candidate will be self-directed, results-focused, and have strong team management and development skills. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, collaborative leader and has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You must have proven record of building and managing a team, as well as successful placement of senior-level candidates. Additionally, previous experience in a creative/media industry is a plus!
You must have:
- Minimum of 10 years’ agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Experience leading a cross-functional team
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- A Bachelor’s degree
