This is a leading talent acquisition role that will be required to not only run a small team but to also play a key part in the recruitment of key people all around the US. This role is a regarded as a full 360 recruitment leadership role where you are not only playing a full part in the recruitment but you will also be able to set the strategic vision of the function. Direct sourcing is an obvious component of this role, however of greater importance is the need to find and hire the right people and you will be judged on this, especially in the short term.
We are looking for someone that isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty, you will need to be able to fill all types of roles, while also looking to identify what it is your team requires in order to improve and become a team of high quality recruiters. The function is new and will need someone that can set a vision, identify a clear EVP and work closely with the business to ensure that they clearly hit their goals and targets. We are looking for someone that has worked in-house and who is now looking for their next ambitious move.
