Talent Acquisition Leader – New York City

Based in New York City, a notable and expanding technology firm is hiring a Talent Acquisition Leader to head their recruitment function and ensure best practice in their recruitment strategy. This company is innovative and dynamic, yet quite established, and they are now looking for a passionate and tech-savvy leader to match. The ideal candidate will have a personal interest in the technology space and approach each day with drive and expertise.

In this role you will manage the end to end recruitment process, across the full range of functions, as well as execute recruitment strategy to attract top talent and support the growth of the company. You will partner closely with various business heads to determine needs, provide recommendations on recruitment strategy, design and execute the strategy, screen and interview candidates, manage the interview process and extend offers.

 

We are also looking for someone who has experience building teams, implementing programs, ensuring workflow efficiency, managing third-party vendors, and handling on-occasion senior level executive searches. 

 

Overall, the best candidate will have a successful track record of achieving hiring goals and building out recruitment functions, with client services and support always front of mind. They will also be self-directed, results-focused, and have strong project management skills as this organization is fast-paced and growing. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with C-level executives and directors – so bring your confidence! Additionally, previous experience with recruiting technology is required. 

 

In Addition You Must Have:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ agency or corporate recruiting experience 
  • Several years’ experience leading the recruitment function
  • A highly technical recruiting background (i.e. Sales, Technology, Operations)
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree
