Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities primarily for Hong Kong as well as be involved in talent acquisition & talent management projects across Hong Kong and China. Leading a team, you will attract, motivate and retain qualified candidates to join the company, develop candidate pipeline and build trusted relationship with business unit leaders. You will design and develop resourcing channels and process to improve hiring efficiency, and collaborate with Compensation & Benefits team to ensure that packages are competitive and equitable. The role will also involve projects such as employer branding, social media and career e-platforms.
We are looking for a recruitment specialist with a minimum of 7 years’ talent acquisition/ recruitment experience gained from sizable organizations, and ideally with team management experience. Experience gained from the retail/ lifestyle sectors would be beneficial. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Outgoing and independent personality with sound influential skills
• Detail-orientation and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure of short deadlines
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese and ideally Mandarin
