As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for all recruitment activities in Singapore across the business, which includes Experienced Hires, Graduate and Campus, Contract/Temp, Interns and Mobility hires. You will face off senior business leaders in order to identify recruitment needs, advise on sourcing strategies and promote a proactive approach to recruitment. You will partner with external vendors to promote the company as an employer of choice, as well as to build and maintain the branding.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resource or other business related subject. You should be familiar with utilising a variety of recruitment strategies and have experience sourcing directly for niche roles. You should be a proven multi-tasker with excellent prioritisation skills in order to manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies. Additionally, you should be highly motivated, possessing a “can-do” attitude with a strong customer focus. We are also looking for:
• Minimum of six years’ recruitment experience; previous Singapore experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, confidence and gravitas to face to off senior management
• Insurance experience a major plus, or financial services experience preferred
• Able to work with demanding stakeholders, and thrives in a fast pace environment
