Our client is a renowned conglomerate with a dominant presence in Asia.
Working closely with the HR Director and various business stakeholders you will be responsible for developing and delivering resourcing initiatives and processes to ensure the business attracts and recruits the best available talents. You will drive the continuous optimization of resourcing efficiency and leverage best practice to the team, as well as managing key projects and be accountable for resourcing budget. In partnership with functional leaders you will engage with the right candidates, manage resourcing targets and performance, lead trainee and internship programmes, analyse data and provide advice to business leaders on market trends and talent insights.
We are looking for a resourcing/ talent acquisition specialist who has a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a fast-paced, sizable corporate environment. You will be business savvy and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Strong problem solving skills with a proactive and team-oriented approach
• Some people management experience
• Language fluency in English and Chinese
