Our client, one of the world’s foremost asset managers, is seeking an experienced, fast-paced and adaptable talent acquisition manager for a regional role.

Reporting to the Global Head of TA, with a dotted line to regional HR leadership, you will manage all experienced recruitment for the Asia Pacific business. This will include direct sourcing, as well as extensive vendor management. You will build close relationships with stakeholders around the region, using a firm understanding of the business to proactively identify and attract top talent.
The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable, dynamic recruiter from the asset management or banking sector. They will have an excellent track record of full-cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing for difficult roles, but will also have sound understanding of managing vendors on a PSL. They will also be well-versed in broader recruitment strategy, including employer branding, as well as in recruitment operations and information systems.
Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least 6 years of prior talent acquisition experience in the financial services sector
• In-house or RPO experience
• Fluent written and spoken English, and either Mandarin or Cantonese
• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
