Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team to focus on full-cycle recruitment and strategic direction for Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Managing Director for Asia and working closely with the stakeholders in the region, you will be a strategic partner focused on the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You would implement and drive recruitment initiatives, cover manpower planning, manage costs, work closely with agencies and vendors, and build up the recruitment function while having the ability to build strong credibility and relationships with the business while working closely with other talent acquisition managers across regions. You should be able to question why and provide consultation and solutions as well as support talent management activities, employer branding, mobility, succession planning, and leadership development for high potential individuals and top graduates in the region.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid end-to-end recruitment experience and excellent communication skills in English with Asian languages (Mandarin and Japanese) being an advantage.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in an MNC and degree qualified
• Strong communication skills in English with other Asian languages such as Chinese and Japanese
• Proactive, detail-oriented, strong time management, project management skills, solid interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
