Our client is an expanding tech firm and they are looking for a recruitment manager to lead a small team to continue their global growth.
New York headquartered organisation.
London based but open to 2-3 days a week in the office.
Reporting direct to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, who is based in New York, you will be responsible for the EMEA recruitment strategy. You will work closely with both global and the regional HRD in order to execute the broader growth strategy. The role manages a team of people, but you will also be required to run and own a small set of senior level roles. Cost efficiency is obviously one key aspect of the role but more importantly you are tasked with building an employer branding proposition that can attract the very best people.
We are looking for an individual who has ideally had some experience within the tech/digital/sales landscape, however, we will look more broadly at this experience should someone be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the space. EMEA experience across multiple countries is regarded as essential and some broader management capabilities would be regarded as advantageous in order to truly succeed with business and broader HR management. This is a role that could suit someone looking to step up from team management in a large firm or someone who truly wants to own the regional recruitment strategy at an exciting growing organisation. Alongside this we are also looking for:
- A degree education or relevant work experience.
- An ability to work in an international organisation.
- A growth mindset.
