With the extensive growth of the company globally, especially in APAC region in the last few years, they are currently looking for a new Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing Talent Acquisition team.

Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition, North Asia who is based in Hong Kong, you will be play an important role acting as a talent acquisition business partner to the regional leadership team in planning and execution of various talent acquisition programs across the region. You will be demonstrating the core values of the company while rolling out different recruitment strategies to support the growth of the company.
We are looking for an innovative and self-driven TA Specialist with a minimum of 7 years’ recruitment experience gained from multinational companies. You will have to support the leadership team with talent acquisition insights and strategies, and maintain strong relationship with function leaders.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A passionate TA Specialist with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and creative in implementing recruitment strategies
• Language proficiency in English, proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage
I am also open to speaking with strong TA candidates with less experience, and you will be considered as Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager.
