Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing Singapore-headquartered biotechnology company with presence in USA, Japan, and China. They are seeking for a passionate and talented Talent Acquisition partner to join their Human Resource Team.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle on technical and corporate roles.  Some of the key responsibilities include direct talent sourcing through various job portals, lead searches and build talent pipeline, offer process management, compensation negotiation and onboarding process. You work closely with the HR Business partners and the business leaders on all hiring needs and participate in Employer Branding activities. 


Ideally, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess experience in hiring across Pharmaceutical, Medical devices, Bio-technology sectors. In addition, you should demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Independent and with a keen interest to learn
