A global FMCG company is looking for an experienced and hands on Talent Acquisition Specialist –
Attract, assess and deliver highly engaged talent to the business
Responsible for end to end recruitment process management
Mixture of operational and strategic responsibilities
Partnering with internal and external parties
Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for recruitment for South East Asia. You will manage all recruitment activities for these locations as well as providing adhoc business partnering support.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships at all levels. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
Over five years of internal recruitment experience or HRBP experience that involves some recruitment
Ability to build credible and positive relationships quickly
Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
Experience of working independently and proactively
