Our world-renowned client in the business and learning sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with a small team at their incredible location in the Greater Paris Region.
Singapore headquartered organisation.
Greater Paris Region based but open to 2-3 days a week in the office.
Reporting direct to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, based in Singapore, you will be responsible for the executing the European recruitment strategy. You will work collaboratively on multiple roles, with headquarters and stakeholders from all international campuses. The role works with a small team of people, required to run and own a fluid set of administrative roles, at multiple levels. You are tasked with maintaining an employer branding proposition that can attract the very best people.
We are looking for an individual who has ideally had some experience within the internal, administrative, and HR landscape, however, we will look more broadly at this experience should someone be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the space. Experience across multiple locations and countries is desirable in order to truly succeed with business and broader HR management.
This is a role that could suit someone looking to work in a fast-paced team and looking to broaden their experience in the European HR market. Someone looking own the regional recruitment strategy at a prestigious organisation.
Alongside this we are also looking for:
