Our client is a global medical publication looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist:


  • Location: London


The purpose of the role is to lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle and candidate experience process for all roles whilst refining onboarding and off-boarding processes to support diversity and inclusion.

The successful candidate will be able to work with multiple stakeholders and support their diverse needs.  As the stand-alone recruiter, you will front the hiring at all levels of seniority, across many disciplines. 

While the focus area will be on the recruitment cycle, you will also support talent management practices. You will also support HR projects that look at employee engagement and lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote employer brand to remain competitive in the marketplace

  • Structure recruitment processes to align with EDI ethos

  • Managing the onboarding process and manager recruitment training.

  • Managing various job boards and recruitment channels

  • Provide data and analytics for best hiring practice

  • Collaborate with HR Managers on diversity and inclusion activities from talent acquisition, people manager training and best practice audits.

  • Lead on monitoring recruitment market trends, recommending and implementing changes to ensure strength in our Employee Value Proposition.

  • Explore external opportunities (careers fairs)

  • Work alongside marketing stakeholders to advertise recruitment campaigns

  • Arrange end to end interview process, from pre-screening, to offer, to onboarding

  • Providing a positive candidate journey to unsuccessful applicants

  • Work with the HR stakeholder to stay up to date with employment law


Experience And Qualifications Required

  • Knowledge of EDI Strategies and Talent Acquisition Strategies

  • Be able to work with a diverse pipeline of vacancies

  • Knowledge of working with ATS systems, various job boards, also LinkedIn recruiter
