Our client is a rapidly growing and fast-paced Technology Start-up looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist- Sales Recruiter to support with the expansion of their UK based office.

- Partner with C-level to successfully identify and strategise hiring needs for the UK market
- Successfully map the market for commercial roles
- Effectively utilise HR tech stack to automate the recruitment processes
- Take active role in the engagement, social responsibility and campus recruitment projects
- Develop and support employer branding activities & help exceed borders & match with the best talent out there
- Follow analytical approach to ensure the effectiveness of the hiring and retention strategies
- Cooperate with the global hiring team and follow the trends to create HR best practices to stay up-to-date
- Execute the recruitment strategy with operational excellence while optimising the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire
The role will ideally suit someone who has previous experience recruiting into Tech or Digital organisations, who is passionate about recruitment and thrives working in a fst aced environment. Additionally we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
- Excellent communication skills, confident, vibrant person with an everlasting go-getter attitude,
- Ability to manage ambiguity, while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
