The Talent Engagement Manager operates as a strategic business partner to ensure all internal moves and external hires strengthen the organisation’s succession pools and talent pipelines. The role will work with other Talent Engagement Managers in the region, the Head of Talent Engagement, business stakeholders and the broader HR community to ensure that the talent agenda supports the delivery of business performance. You will own the talent acquisition agenda, develop strategies and optimise global employer brand by creating sourcing strategies to hunt for the best talent for the brand. This role requires a strong external radar and boldness to challenge traditional mindset, and to try new ways of doing things never done before.
You will have a minimum of 7 years’ talent acquisition experience gained from in-house, multi-cultural and hands-on work environment, and experience hiring for regional markets in Asia Pacific including China will be very helpful.
In addition we are looking for:
• A responsible, out-going and personable individual
• Awareness of best practice
• Industry exposure in consumer sectors
• Language fluency in Mandarin and English
