Managing a small team and reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of effective talent development solutions. As part of this you will plan and execute the annual talent and succession review processes and will identify and assess high performing talent. You will ensure that assessment tools and development plans are in place while you will act as a delivery point into the business for deployment of talent and leadership programs.
Additionally, as the company is going through a period of significant change you will also be tasked with supporting a large culture change agenda with the objective of moving towards a more disruptive, agile, high tech culture.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business subject and will have a strong knowledge of the latest trends and practices in talent management and talent development. You will have well developed consulting and stakeholder management abilities as well as excellent organisation and project management skills.
We are also looking for the following –
• Minimum ten years’ talent and leadership development experience, ideally in a disruptive hi-tech environment
• Outstanding influencing and relationship management skills
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
