A new role in a Talent Management and Learning team of 3. Reporting to the Head of Talent Management with focus on career pathways, competency frameworks, high potential programs and enhanced learning experience.
The organisation is at an exciting time of evolution as they pivot from a traditional business model and product offering to become fully immersed in fintech. As such, they are looking for an experienced Talent Management professional to support the Head of Talent Management in creating innovative strategies to encourage continuous learning and opportunity for career development. You will have a proven track record of implementing competency frameworks and developing leadership talent from within your current organisation. You will also have experience of driving cultural change both in terms of appetite for internal advancement and a culture of empowerment and accountability.
Passionate about talent development, it is likely that you have a prior background in consulting before transitioning into commerce. You will come from a matrixed organisation of size and complexity but your industry exposure is unimportant. You will have a confident style and engagement manner and a genuine interest in your subject matter with the ability to think laterally and have ideas.
